Each year, 30 experts will be selected to enjoy a special allowance of Lianyungang Municipal Government and will be offered with one-time awards. Lianyungang establishes an entrepreneurship and innovation talents award, which will be offered every three years. Qualified talents will be offered a substantial prize. Talents who work flexibly in Lianyungang can enjoy the same prize.
