From this month, the airport plans to have 24 routes, 27 destinations, and 15 partner airlines. "China Express has increased the frequency of flights from Lianyungang to Chongqing and further optimized the timings based on the original route to facilitate everyone's travel. Previously, the arrival time from Lianyungang to Chongqing was after 12:30 at night, and now it has been brought forward." said Liu Bin, the head of the Jiangsu business department of Huaxia Airlines East China Business Division.

In order to welcome the spring and summer tourism season starting with the Qingming holiday, the airport has also launched a number of preferential policies for "aviation + tourism" routes to further expand the audience of aviation tourism products, which has also brought new business opportunities to travel agencies. "Starting from this month, new flights from Lianyungang to Quanzhou will be added, operating on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, Monday, Wednesday and Friday." said Cheng Shasha, the head of Tongxing Holiday. "Flying to Quanzhou not only involves tourism in Xiamen, but also in cities around Xiamen, such as Pingtan, Wuyi Mountain, and even Chaoshan. The tourist routes in the Xiamen area are richer."

In order to attract travelers, anyone taking flights to Nanchang, Shijiazhuang, Quanzhou, Wenzhou, Changchun, Chengdu Tianfu from the airport in April can enjoy free parking at the airport once during their trip. Small groups of four or more people traveling together on the same flight at the same time can enjoy free parking at the airport once when taking inbound and outbound flights. Travelers who have taken flights from the airport five times or more this year can also enjoy free parking at the airport once during their trip. Travelers who meet the above conditions can enjoy this benefit by registering their travel vehicles (limited to 7 seats or less) at the standby ticket counter with their ticket purchase information and ID.

More importantly, the airport has introduced a free high-speed rail ticket benefit for the first time. From April 1st to June 20th, travelers from Ganyu, Donghai, Guannan, and surrounding cities who take the high-speed rail to arrive at Huaguo Mountain Airport for outbound flights will have their high-speed rail second-class tickets fully reimbursed (excluding additional fees such as insurance). The high-speed rail ticket is the reimbursement voucher, and the name, ID number, and other information on the ticket must match the boarding pass. The travel date of the high-speed rail ticket and the outbound flight date must be within 24 hours. Only high-speed rail tickets (one-way) from surrounding cities and subordinate districts and counties will be fully reimbursed, and the reimbursement limit for high-speed rail tickets is limited to the second-class ticket standard for that route (excluding personally purchased transportation accident insurance and other expenses). Eligible travelers can go to the ticket counter in the airport departure hall to register and apply for reimbursement on site with their ID, original high-speed rail ticket, and paper or electronic boarding pass from 6:00 to 22:00.
